Apple Pie Shake

250 ml Cold Water
2 scoops Vanilla Shake
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 scoop Soya Milk Powder
1 sliced Apple (preferably frozen)
Dash of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
4 Ice Cubes

Very Berry Shake

200ml Cold Water
2 scoops Vanilla or Strawberry Shake
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 scoop Soya Milk Powder
50-75ml Cranberry Juice
1/2 to 1 cup frozen Mixed Berries
Few drops Vanilla Essence
4 Ice Cubes

Hawaiian Delight

2 scoops Vanilla Shake
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 cup low fat Milk or plain Soya Milk
1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
1/2 tsp Pineapple Extract
1/2 tsp Orange Extract
1/2 Banana
Ice (optional)

Chai Banana

2 scoops Vanilla Shake
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 cup low fat Milk or plain Soya Milk
1/2 frozen Banana
2 TBSP unsweetened Ice Tea Concentrate
Dash each of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Black Pepper
Ice (optional)

Iced Cappuccino

2 scoops Vanilla Shake
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 cup low fat Milk or plain Soya Milk
1 to 2 tsp Instant Coffee
1/2 Banana
Artificial Sweetener to taste (not to exceed one packet)
